| The Tweaksters -- aka Regan and Julia are full of Fabulous Feats of Physical Fun!! In the fourteen years we’ve been creating and perfecting our show, we’ve been very busy learning the physical skills you see on stage fabulous feats like artistic juggling and acrobatic dance. People often ask us how we managed to stick with it all these years. Part of the answer is very simple: IT IS FABULOUSLY FUN TO LEARN PHYSICAL FEATS!!!! We thoroughly enjoy setting aside time each day to play, especially when the play enables our whole beings to come alive. Our muscles flex, and so do our minds. As we originate exciting new ideas, our hearts and spirits come together as one, truly making it a team effort. We know that their are other people out there, who share our love for physical fun. We want to hear from you! To support this in happening we have created the Fabulous Feats of Physical Fun Club. Consider this an invitation to share your story of “Physical Fun.” We want to celebrate your healthy lifestyle choices! You may want to share an experience that highly challenged your fitness level or your athletic prowess. Or, you may want to share about the changes you made in order to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. Or you may want to write about how much physical fun you have with your body!!! We’re not so concerned about whether you won the game, or were given an honor or award. (Although it’s wonderful if you did!!!) We are more concerned about your inner experience and how your body played a part in it. Periodically, we will select one story to post on our website, complete with a picture of its author. This person will become our Tweakstar of the month. They will be given two free tickets to a Tweaksters’ show next time we are in your area. We hope that by sharing your “Fabulous Feats” story, other people may become inspired to get up, to move and to make healthier lifestyle choices. Finally, we acknowledge that some “Fabulous Feats” deliver more than just fun to a person’s life. Julia could go on and on about the significant life-lessons she has learned as a result of all her athletic endeavors. Consequently, we have created a few guidelines to follow when submitting your story. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Submission Guidelines 1. Share only real experiences...no fictitious tales. 2. Please keep your submission to less then 500 words. 3. If you need any inspiration, you may want to consider exploring: a) What is your favorite type of “physical fun”? How does it light up your life? b.) How has this feat of physical fun affected you? challenged you? inspired you? c) What challenges have you met and overcome in the journey toward improving your health and well-being? d.) What was the most rewarding aspect of this event? e) What are two things you learned from this event that will assist you in living a more balanced and healthy life? f) What learnings can you take from this situation that can be applied to other parts of your life? g) How has this experience affected your relationship with your body, your self-esteem, your family and/or your life? h) If your best friend was in a similar situation, what advice would you give them? 4.
