When Regan and I are on stage, we try to make the moves look easy by smiling and enjoying ourselves. Yet, underneath our pleasant demenor, our heart rate's are soring!!! our muscles are burning!! When we leave the stage between numbers, we rush to guzzle down water. We even keep fruit handy, if we feel our blood sugar dropping. The show is an athletic event.

In order to have the energy to make it through to the end, we have gotten ourselves in tiptop performance shape. In doing so, we’ve had to learn what it means to live a healthy lifestyle.
